Emotions have a place and a time to come out.
It’s normal thing for me to say you can’t utilize emotions in business or to be successful because part of my journey quiet literally felt like I was out of emotions and I was a living anti-deppresant (which is normal in any beginning stage).
But what I realized is everything has emotion to it and i’m going to show you how to utilize them in the right way to become a class of 1 in entrepreneurship.
What are the bad emotions?
I’m just going to say it…
Any emotions that are…
Explosive
Out of control
Impulsive, Etc.
Are generally not good emotions and you should never act on them.
It’s important for me to stay in control. I don’t drink, simply because when i’m vulnerable to emotions, i’m not in control — I don’t think anyone is.
What are the good emotions?
Emotions you want to use have to carry logic to them!
Emotions can still be impulsive, but many behaviors in entrepreneurship are impulsive.
The time I feel best is when I am the most productive, risk adverse, and confident as hell.
I make decisions based on judgment, but this time i’m in control.
Why do you need to be experienced in high pressure situations?
Most people aren’t built for high pressure situations.
You need to build resilience if you’re going to even have the capacity to outcompete people.
People see 24 year old millionaires and people who are successful even if they’re faking it, hit one road block, and become completely ignorant of the time that needs to be put in… And they lose out on all the opportunity held by those who stick it out.
This can turn good if you educate yourself and see failure as a short term net gain.
Failure is only detrimental when you come to conclusion that you’ve been defeated.
That people are better than you.
You can just throw away the valuable lessons and the skills.

How do you use the power to turn negative emotions into positive emotions?
Is Stress Positive?
Stress is a weird thing
When you stress about a problem that seems unrecoverable, you release cortisol in your brain → but you can use it to gain a high stress tolerance which has been proven time and time again to be a characteristic of top 1% individuals.
How can you utilize stress and when do you know it’s too much?
I know it seems harsh, but you need to use stress until it becomes chronic.
When you can’t control the stress, you seem to start reacting to everything with stress and getting irritable about everything.
At that point, you need to re-evaluate.
When you have this skill, you have a great advantage.
Any man who knows the power of meditation and connecting with yourself, understands that meditation is best utilized when you are stressed.
I believe meditation was meant for this.
Even if you’re struggling to meditate, go and try it when you feel stressed, and you will understand.
