What makes up the most productive day?
Lately i’ve been…
— Waking up at 6am.
— Doing my first workout.
— Doing my major business task (like sending out emails).
— Reading 10 pages.
— Sending more emails.
— Working on critical task for my client.
Yes, I can do all of that before 12pm. Sometimes even earlier.
What would this look like if I started being productive around 12pm?
— Major business tasks (Maybe?)
— Doing first workout? (kinda hungry)
— Sending emails (No motivation that late)
Obviously this is speculation and any competent person could do anything that is necessary.
There are many reasons why we are optimized for getting the hard work done early in the day, and I believe I can change your thinking if you’re a person who starts their day late.
The most important way to start your day is with the most important tasks.
A healthy brain is one that is hungry.
My morning starts my day…
I don’t do much planning the day before.
I set out a monthly plan in my to-do list, and part of me being so fast and competent in my area is doing repetitive tasks (keep that in mind 🧠).
I’m already ambitious as a bull when I wake up, but after my cardio session and caffeine… No one can stop me.
Pro tip: working out before consuming caffeine feels amazing.
Also, don’t drink caffeine right when you wake up…
Also, consider getting rid of breakfast, specifically carbs in the morning—this will significantly lower your motivation and make you lethargic and uncomfortable.
I give all these tips because a large part of my audience uses their brain to make money—brain work.
Your brain and your body are your most important assets, remember that.
The benefit to waking up this early and having an amazing day is getting wins early.
Get your tasks done quickly and effectively.
Send out those emails and set up a new sequence.
Record 2-5 videos for your brand.
One of the reasons starting at 12pm or later may not be effective is because if you’re used to waking up early and you’re late on what you usually accomplish—it feels like a loss.
You want to keep the momentum of constant wins, and this increases the speed.
You’ll soon realize over time that you become so fast at your work that you start wondering how you’re done so early.
Being “Done” Doesn’t Mean Being Done
This is where the real growth happens.
The things that you do in the morning under the example listed above should be your critical tasks or things you have to do everyday.
For me, my critical tasks range from…
Sending out emails→ Creating YouTube videos → Writing a newsletter → Reading 10 pages → Monitoring or adjusting spend on certain channels → Uploading videos to my video editor → Writing scripts
Things that I can do everyday.
Also called — Non-negotiables.
Everything else I do will be…
New projects → Education → other tasks
(I also work for myself and that work is non-negotiable)
Every Human Needs Balance Between Action and Learning
Reading 10 pages minimum a day will uplift your brain more than you can imagine.
Why do so many people waste time?
Many reasons:
They wake up too late
Spend too much time doing their morning routine
They don’t do their critical tasks right away.
If you don’t do your critical tasks right away, you will feel like you’ve wasted the whole day.

I was making this mistake too.
Story time 📚
A week ago, I couldn’t fathom the amount of work I was getting, and it seemed like it would take me all day because the projects were not done by the end of the day.
Now, this week, I’ve done 2x what my past self has done, before 12pm.
I’ll show you how I do it because I am the most simple yet ambitious person, so my schedule and my todolist can be done by anyone.
I want to say one thing real fast — I do not block out time.
At least not all of my time.
When I have something that has a set time, I put it in my todolist and I plan around it.
What some people do wrong
→ 1. They try and cram too much time sucking things in a day
→ 2. They make the mistake by thinking things take too long
If you have the skills and the repetition, it’s inevitable that you’ll get fast at your own game.
“Set hours” is a concept to keep you trapped.
You don’t have to clock in and out of your own life.
